Individual transfer

• From the starting point to the destination
• 1 piece of luggage is allowed per person (maximum dimensions 158 cm). Length + width + height = 158 cm
• One piece of hand luggage is allowed per person
• If you bring additional luggage or sports equipment, please contact us so that we can provide the right vehicle.
• After a successful booking, you will receive your travel documents with all the information by email.
• In the event of any changes to the booking, you can access your booking directly with your confirmation number (PNR number) and make changes, or please contact Tourwix directly.
• If you cannot find the driver / team, please call the emergency number provided.
• Car seats for babies or child seats are not included in this price, unless this is booked in the booking for an additional charge. If you need a child seat, please contact us directly before you travel or book this as an extra in the next step.
• You can cancel your transfer free of charge up to 6 hours before the start of your trip. All cancellations made after 6 hours will be non-refundable.

Arrival at the airport:

• Domestic flights: For domestic flights or European airspace (Schengen area), passengers do not have to go through customs.
• International flights: For international trips outside of the European airspace (Schengen area), passengers have to go through customs control.
• If your flight is delayed or there is a problem with customs or baggage, please call the emergency number to report the delay and take the necessary action.
• Maximum waiting time for domestic flights: 60 minutes.
• Maximum waiting time for international flights: 60 minutes.
• After you have received your luggage, go to the exit from the airport and meet our driver / team who will be waiting for you with your name tag. We will send you a message about your transfer one day before your transfer or inform you about the counter number (e.g. counter number 39).
• If you cannot find a driver / employee, please call +90 549 547 0770 for the languages: German, Turkish and English / +90 552 487 8717 for the languages: Russian and Azerbaijani. Please do not leave the meeting point without first contacting the team / driver.
• If no one answers your call, please call the emergency number at the bottom of the confirmation without leaving the meeting point.

Departure: Pick-up from hotel / address / location

• We will inform you of the transfer information by message one day before your transfer.
• For a smooth transfer, we will give you the details of the driver and the license plate number of the vehicle.
• Be ready at the exit of the hotel / address / location / meeting point 10 minutes before your pick-up time.
• Maximum waiting time: 15 minutes
• Be aware of the time you need to be at the airport or destination. For international flights, you should be at the airport 2 hours before your flight. For national flights 1 hours before your flight.
