Düden Waterfall, Colorful nightlife and beaches come to the top when we think on Antalya. However, I think that the natural beauties hidden in the inner parts of the city should not be missed. The first place I will tell you to emphasize this aspect of the city is Düden Waterfall.
The waterfall takes its source from the Düden Stream where the Kepez Hydroelectric Power Plant is established. It is divided into the place called Düden Waterfall. Therefore, you can head to two different points to witness firsthand the fascinating beauty of Düden Waterfall.
The Upper Düden branch, which is generally preferred by travelers who visit Antalya for the first time, displays all its beauty in the Varsak district, which is about 11 kilometers from the city center.
In this heavenly place, you can easily go down to the lower parts of the waterfall through passages and get great angles to take photos. This place has also been transformed into a promenade.
Lower Düden meets the deep blue waters of the Mediterranean near Lara. This branch of natural beauty is also known as Karpuzkaldiran.
The image created by the water pouring from 40 meters is invaluable for me. Especially if you are here close to sunset, you can enjoy the magnificent view on the cruise terrace much more clearly.
