The desk exercises are aimed at people who do a lot of desk work and is known as one of the sedentary professions. This occupational group spends most of their working time sitting in chairs and working on computers. It is known that this group has pain in the wrist, elbow, neck, waist and back in particular. Encourage the people who work at their desks to recognize that exercise is an important factor in healthy development, and prepare to exercise at least half an hour a day, as recommended by the World Health Organization.
