Physical activity is an international term that describes physical activity that uses up energy. In its simplest definition, it is the body that is exercising to use up energy. Physical activity can be defined as activities that use up energy by using muscles and joints in daily life, increasing heart and breathing rates, and causing fatigue to varying degrees.
