Azerbaijan Baku, Ateshgah- Ateshgah (Fire Temple), meaning "Fire Temple", is 30 km from Baku city center. It is located in a distance in the city of Surahanı.
The first stable structure of the temple, which is one of the three remaining temples of the Magi, was made in 1713 and the central prostration was made in 1810.
Some of the rooms of the building, which was an important place of worship for Zoroastrians in the past, are now used as museums. The temple, which takes its place in the list of places to visit in Baku due to its spiritual and historical value, is also used to celebrate Nevruz.
