WHO IS AHMET DEDE, HOW AGE IS HE?

Chef Ahmet Dede started cooking with his mother at a young age. As the youngest of three brothers, Dede decides to take over the business at the age of 25 and, thanks to his wife, moves to Ireland at the age of 24.

He then attended an 8-week cooking school. His teachers recommended a university education and he enrolled at the Culinary University of Dublin Institute of Technology. Then he does his internship. During this time he volunteered in restaurants.
 
The Michelin Guide distributed the Michelin stars to England and Ireland in 2021, and Ahmet Dede won one of the awards.
 

WHAT IS THE MICHELIN GUIDE?

HOW DOES THE MICHELIN STAR SYSTEM WORK?

HOW MANY MICHELIN STAR RESTAURANTS ARE THERE IN THE WORLD?

There are 480 Michelin-starred restaurants worldwide, including 349 one-star, 81 two-star and 50 three-star restaurants. In London, one of the largest cities in the world, there is only one three-star restaurant.

Japan is the country with the most stars and there are 32 3-star, 61 2-star and 224 1-star restaurants in the country. It replaces Japan with Michelin stars from France, Germany and America. Unfortunately, although we have very important chefs and venues, Turkey does not yet have a Michelin-starred restaurant.
