Tourwix does not offer its customers travel insurance for financial and health losses, unless this is expressly stated in the service received / booked. 4.2. CONTENTS
With this contract the parties have; Before or after a flight, one-way or with return transfer from the address you specified to the airport or from the locations offered by "tourwix.de" and the provision of a daily travel / tour service, the following contract for the provision of this Service through "tourwix.de" under the terms agreed.
4.3. SERVICE AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
4.3.1. The contract price includes the statutory value added tax.
4.3.2. If necessary, the agency can change the car type to the same segment car type, provided the customer is notified. For example: Volkswagen Caravella instead of Mercedes Vito. If the customer does not accept such a change during the reservation, they have the right to cancel the reservation and receive a full refund. In this case the customer is not entitled to any compensation.

4.7. GENERAL PROVISIONS
A. Passengers must be buckled up in accordance with traffic regulations.
B. The booking must be made at least 8 (eight) hours in advance of the transfer in order to benefit from the contractually agreed transfer service.
C. Reservations must be made no later than 24 (twenty four) hours prior to the time of transfer on religious and national holidays, New Years Eve and other public holidays.
D.The reservation can be canceled by the customer no later than 12 hours before the transfer time. In this case the customer will be reimbursed the costs. No refunds will be given for later cancellations.
E. The route to be followed during the transfer service from the point of departure to the point of destination; It is determined exclusively by "tourwix.de" taking into account traffic, road conditions and other criteria. The customer is not authorized to change this route. In this regard, requests from the passenger to stop at a different location between the specified route and take a short break at that location are accepted. "tourwix.de" is obliged to reach a certain point between the two routes indicated.
F. "tourwix.de" does not accept bags, chests, packages, etc. that are used as luggage during the transfer process. The passenger has a maximum of 1 baggage allowance per person. If the undeclared luggage is lost or damaged, the customer is not entitled to the service fee as material and moral compensation.
It is forbidden by law to carry goods in luggage that are: flammable, explosive, drugs, dangerous liquids, radioactive.
If the driver discovers legally prohibited items in the baggage, the baggage will not be taken into the vehicle. A refund will not be given if the following 15 (fifteen) minutes are exceeded during the evacuation of the above-mentioned items from the baggage, the transfer does not take place for these reasons or the customer cannot reach the flight due to the lost time. In addition, in these cases the customer cannot assert any claim or claim against "tourwix.de" under any name.
In the luggage; If the presence of the above substances is detected, the situation will be immediately reported to the competent authorities by "tourwix.de". The driver does not notice the presence of the counted items; If it is detected by law enforcement agencies stopping and searching the vehicle during the transfer; For this reason, all types of damage and losses are immediately covered and reported by the customer in cash.
G. In the case of transfer requests from the customer with pets and the type of pet to be transported, the customer must provide information when booking online. No pet transfers will take place without this notification. No pet transfers will be made without an adult customer. Under these conditions, the animal to be transferred can only be transported in its special cage in the section indicated by the staff "tourwix.de" in the vehicle under all responsibility of the customer. The passing on of animals whose acquisition, possession and passing on are illegal is not possible under any circumstances.
H. For a transfer from a certain point to the airport, "tourwix.de" declares and undertakes that the vehicle assigned for the transfer is at the specified point at the time of the transfer. A delay of 20 (twenty) minutes from the transfer time will be considered a reasonable delay. If the delay is more than 20 (twenty) minutes, the customer does not have to wait for the vehicle. In this case the transfer fee will be refunded to the customer.
I. At certain locations such as condominiums that have security at the entrance, "tourwix.de" is not liable if the delay time of 15 (fifteen) minutes is exceeded, as the security will prevent you from entering the location. If the 15 (fifteen) minutes is exceeded in this way and the customer does not wait for the vehicle, no refund will be given.
J. The customer must be present with their luggage at the designated place at the time of transfer. If the customer is not present at the transfer point at the time of the transfer, the vehicle assigned to "tourwix.de" must wait 15 (fifteen) minutes for the customer. If the customer does not reach the specified point with his luggage after 15 (fifteen) minutes, the vehicle does not have to wait any longer.
K. At the transfer point, the staff of "tourwix.de" is not obliged to accompany the luggage, the animal cage and the transferred passenger to the vehicle.
L. Transmission of children under the age of twelve does not occur without their adult companions. The companion's return trip to the destination depends on the purchase of the return transfer on the website.
M. If a customer requests a transfer with a wheelchair, this must be communicated by the customer when booking online.
N. When booking online, a child seat can be booked in the vehicle, which "tourwix.de" determines for 50 TL or 5 € as an extra cost.
4.8. FORCE MAJEURE
All types of force majeure, natural events, adverse climatic conditions, social events, popular movements, events due to negative developments in working life, all kinds of legal or illegal employee or employer movements, strikes, lockouts, trade union movements and in the event of non-performance of their contractual obligations due to Business slowdowns, war, armed conflict, revolution, tight management or state of emergency, intergroup conflict and civil unrest, this contract will be suspended until the stated situations / negative effects end. The contract comes into force again with the end of the mentioned situations / negative effects. Failure of the parties to meet their obligations due to force majeure does not entitle the other party to termination or compensation.
4.9. CANCELLATION POLICY AND OTHER PROVISIONS
The service booked by the customer cannot be canceled, changed or refunded for any reason. Requests to the bank or "tourwix.de" for the cancellation and refund of reservations whose date and time have expired are invalid.
4.10. AUTHORITY
In the event of any dispute arising from the implementation of this contract, the laws of the Germany Republic and Turkey will be applied and the courts and law enforcement agencies of Stuttgart and Antalya will be authorized.
4.11. ENFORCEMENT
Customers who do not have a contract signature but who receive the contractual service accept the contractual conditions by reading this contract and making an online reservation through the third party authorized to register on their behalf. In the event of disputes arising from the contract, the Road Traffic Act No. 4925 and other Turkish legal provisions apply. Antalya courts and law enforcement agencies are authorized. I have read, understood and accepted the entire contract, the date and time of departure, the Road Traffic Act number 4925 and the information on the website, and I have received a copy of this contract made out on our behalf.
